The Search Screen in our Shipping Portal is easy to use and powerful.
Your customers can search through their shipment history quickly and easily. They can then view captured signatures from delivery and proof of delivery.
As an option, you can allow your customer to edit their shipments before they are dispatched.
Shipment Address Book
Your customers will have access to their address book.
This will allow them to easily create and edit their shipping addresses.
They can also enter in a pick up or delivery addresses’ contact name, phone number and email address. Which gives you the ability to send email notifications for delivery status updates.
